# 2 How old is your house? - Houses that are more than 30-40 years of age can be called old.
# 3 Was the domestic or business property damaged by previous earthquake or other disasters? - Has it been efficiently fixed? Has it been dealt with for structural concerns.
# 4 What is the shape of the house? - Is it balanced, rectangle-shaped, box-type, or a two-story? Has it been widened or extended?
# 5 What is the structure made from? - Were stones used or a strengthened concrete used as structure?
# 6 What about the total condition? - Do you have a reasonably new house, newly redesigned, or has gone through a number of repairs?
